Chasing Summer

Savor the rich and glorious days that exist only at summer's end //

There is a time in the last few days of summer when the ripeness of autumn fills the air.        -Rudolfo Anaya

Here Comes the Bride

Whether charming or dramatic, chic or whimsical, provincial or sophisticated, sweet or sassy--the bridal bouquets is a wedding hallmark--a taylor-made expression of individuality as unique as the bride and her wedding gown //

I want people to see the dress but focus on the woman. -Vera Wang

While visions of watermelon and madras plaid danced through their heads...

Ahhh, to daydream in the technicolored green and pink thoughts of summer. Sunny, warm days and pink lemonade, plaid shorts and sandy flip-flops, freshly cut grass and ocean breezes, family barbecues, picnics under the canopy of a welcoming oak tree, blossoming flower gardens and plump, bumble bees.

Live green (and pink).

"Green was the silence, wet was the light, the month of June trembled like a butterfly." ―Pablo Neruda

We've got magic to do...

Red anemones, red germinis and umbrella appointments, glowing red globes, 500 luminaries... beautiful gala at the New York Public Library for the Browning School. This was so fun to create. Magical imaginarium // @browning school @nypl //

We've got magic to do
Just for you
We've got miracle plays to play
We've got parts to perform
Hearts to warm
Kings and things to take by storm
As we go along

Big Blue Theory

Elegance created with these gorgeous, glass bottles, brimming with blue hydrangeas and white tulips, as a gentle off-set. This was a lovely table setting for a Columbia graduation luncheon. So charming! Congratulations, graduate! // @bouleybotanical @columbia
